The One Linlithgow Business Plan from 2024 to 2029 has been published following extensive consultation with businesses.

A yes vote was secured during the renewal ballot, meaning that plan will be delivered over the five year BID term to 30 September 2029.
Update 02/10/24. Businesses in Mill Road made a clear democratic decision not to implement a formal Business Improvement District (BID) for their trading area.
The vision for Mill Road Industrial Estate is to continually improve as a place to run a business, with a positive appeal for visitors, employees, customers and service users and to make the estate a location where businesses can thrive.
The BID aims to build on previous project successes and implement much wider promotion of the Mill Road Industrial Estate as an attractive and welcoming place, where people can visit safely to use the services on offer from businesses; and where businesses will decide to locate and grow.
