Safety and Security

One Linlithgow has introduced security measures to enhance safety and security for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.

CCTV and ANPR

High-Resolution CCTV cameras are installed on Linlithgow High Street and Mill Road Industrial Estate.  While not monitored 24/7, the One Linlithgow team can retrieve footage of suspicious activity and share it with Police Scotland. If you witness an incident or are an unfortunate victim of criminal activity, we may have CCTV footage that can help. Please contact us within 30 days of the incident so that we can review the footage and save it for review by police.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) also installed at both locations provides additional measures to help further deter/prevent crime.

Town Defibrillators

One Linlithgow, in partnership with Linlithgow Pub Watch and First Responders, has installed several new defibrillators throughout the town, including several pubs and the Burgh Halls.  All will be registered so when calling for an ambulance and a defibrillator is required, they will direct you to the nearest one.  All pub staff are trained in the use of these defibrillators.  A map showing the locations of the defibrillators will follow shortly.
