Tourism and Information

Tourism is a key focus for One Linlithgow during its 5 year term.  It aims to boost tourism in our beautiful, historic, town in multiple ways such as the sponsorship of the MyLinlithgow.com website, a visitor guide and the use of town banners to promote local events.  One Linlithgow will also use its social media platforms to promote local businesses and events.

My Linlithgow

One Linlithgow sponsors the MyLinlithgow.com website maintained by the Linlithgow Community Development Trust.  We work together to develop the business directory, the digital Linlithgow Market and other website projects.  The MyLinlithgow.com website is also home to tourist information, an events calendar and a whole host of business, community and visitor information.

Visitor Guide

One Linlithgow publishes an annual Visitor Guide highlighting attractions, accommodation, food and drink places along with a business directory and map.  Leaflets are available at several businesses around town or you can view an online version.

Town Banners

Strategically placed around town, lamp post banners promote Linlithgow as a great place to visit.  Organisations can use the banners to promote upcoming local  events to help drive interest and attendance.

If you are interested in using the banners to promote an event, contact One Linlithgow for more details.

Town Notice Boards

The Linlithgow Community Development Trust and One Linlithgow both manage the information in the town notice boards.  If you want to advertise something or post information, just pop it into the One Linlithgow office or letter box and we will pin that for you.  There is a notice board placed at The Vennel and at Low Port Primary School so two copies of your posters will be required.

Community News Updates

One Linlithgow shares regular updates on local projects and initiatives through the community magazine, The Black Bitch.  You can catch up on these updates here.
